AOIFE CONSIDINE
President
With six years' experience working in the rail industry where women only represent 12% of the total workforce and 2% of senior managers, Aoife (like FIFA without the first “F”) is passionate about campaigning for gender parity in the workplace. Through Imperial MBA Women, Aoife hopes to bring together women across all MBA programs but also to bring our male counterparts along on the journey.

In her spare time, Aoife enjoys performing (dance and musical theatre), lifting heavy things in the gym, snowboarding, petting any dog she sees and potatoes… she is also Irish (if you hadn’t guessed).
STEFANIA TAIC
President
Native of New York City, Stefania began her career in Real Estate before venturing her sights to Tech. Stefania believes strongly that we hold each other back when we do not help each other up. She hopes to promote inclusion, collaboration, opportunity, and access throughout the Imperial MBA programs and its alumni.
Stefania is a serious advocate of Pizza for breakfast, is scared of Beetroot, and hates Kale. Her true passions include all things Chocolate, all things Netflix, and occasionally breaking that up by working out.
ALBERTA ASAFO-ASAMOAH
Vice President
Alberta has five years' combined experience in Corporate & Investment banking and Impact Investing, specialising in providing debt finance for businesses in the UK and catalysing impact-driven investments for businesses in East Africa.
Her interests include running her company ‘AlgebraInTheCity’, playing tennis and dancing to afrobeats.
OLIVIA XU
Vice President
Hailing from Boston, Olivia comes from a technology startup background. She worked on the data science team, specifically focused on acquisition and growth. When she's not working on her MBA, you can find her exploring London on the hunt for the perfect coffee!
